3. An investment of $900,000 U.S. Dollars in a Regional Center enterprise which are companies certified by the Immigration Service (USCIS) to accept foreign funds for the purpose of developing a commercial business enterprise such as a hotel, shopping mall, etc.. which would employ 10 direct or indirect full-time U.S. workers and the investor, along with his family would qualify for an EB-5 immigrant visa.
