All DACA recipients should continue to renew their DACA status at least 120-150 days before the expiration date which is a two year period and is on the Employment Authorization card.

Like so many of our DACA clients, our office pays close attention to Supreme Court cases and Congressional hearings because President Trump has attacked its validity and we want to be aware of changes as soon as they are announced. But, until then, you should file your DACA renewal application as soon as you are eligible.
